What are the delivery charges?
We offer free home delivery within Hyderabad city for every order that is above Rs 200 in value. Any order of value below Rs 200 will incur a minimum delivery charge of Rs 30. Outside Hyderabad city charges for delivery are at a minimum of Rs 50 for orders below Rs 500 and it is free for orders above it.
Why do I need to upload the prescription for my everyday medicines?
The prescription needs to be uploaded for all medications prescribed by a Qualified Medical Licensed practitioner (DOCTOR) as per the appendix to the Drugs and Cosmetics rules 1945 to prevent misuse of medicines in the community.
What happens if the brand and dosage of drugs I am looking for is not available with you?
We will try to procure the right medication for you and our agents will keep you informed on how long it will be till you will get the medications.
In case the medications are not available in the brand and dosage that you require we will not suggest any alternative drug unless suggested by a Qualified specialist Licensed practitioner (DOCTOR).
However, alternatives for the OTC drugs that do not require a prescription can be provided.
What is the quality of the medicines that you provide?
We are very stringent with regards to the medications that we procure and ensure that they are only from well established brands. Any product that is near to the expiration date by 3 months is not sent for delivery the customers.

These medicines will be available at governament hospitals pharmcies free of cost.
How many prescriptions can we upload for a single account?
As of now you can upload up to 4 prescriptions to the account in the mobile app and one prescription at the website, but we are working on increasing the number and we will notify about the same in the website.
What happens if I cannot find my medicines in your website?
We are constantly expanding the list of medicines that we offer. However, if you do not find the specific medicine that you are looking for then you can contact us at our customer service number 062 62 62 89 62 and we will try to procure the same for you.
What happens if after processing the payment, I do not receive all the products that I ordered for?
In case we are unable to deliver all the products to you then the difference amount will be calculated and applied to your CNS wallet. You can use the balance to pay for your next order or you can transfer the amount back to your bank account.

We deliver your order to you within 24 hours if you are within the Hyderabad city and it takes about 2-3 business days to deliver orders outside the city.

As of now we are associated with ECOM express to delivery your orders outside Hyderabad city. We are working on establishing contacts with other courier service providers to cover all locations within the country.
What if I want to cancel my order?

What if I was charged more than what is actually due on my purchase?
Incase the amount that you were charged is more than what is due on your purchase or if the discount offer that you were eligible for was not correctly applied we will reverse the difference amount right back to your account.
Incase the purchase was made using the cash or the CNS wallet cash back points then the difference amount will be added back to your CNS wallet which you can later use to make purchases.
